Our client requires a highly motivated go getting account manager.You will have the ability to build rapport and relationships over the telephone to maximise customer engagement - a strong personal communicator is essential and the want to exceed within the role is a must. The right candidate will carry out the below duties:
Sustaining and developing existing client accounts through building rapport and maintaining those relationships.
Order processing.
Negotiating contracts.
Performing quarterly and weekly analysis.
Attending sales meetings.
To be able to work with people on all levels of the business.
Prioritising and taking ownership of your workload.
Maximising business potential and networking with contacts.
Maintaining accurate records.
Developing business relationships.
Ensuring that processes are adhered to for all aspects of the business.
The right candidate will be required to resolve queries and complaints swiftly while demonstrating empathy at the same time.
Candidates must have a good telephone manner and be IT literate.
