Account Executive - £22,000 - £25,000 pa
To interpret and manage enquiries and orders for allocated Customer accounts To build long lasting Customer relationships through excellent customer service and enthusiasm To understand what the customer really wants and help them specify in an effective manner To deal with all paperwork and communication regarding these enquiries and orders at all levels To gain knowledge through training of the product and be technically proficient
General responsibilities, skills and experience: Interpret job details and prepare sales enquiries for estimating Create sample request to allow manufacture of mock ups to assist winning order Check specification of enquiry & suggest selling price Complete estimate letter details including prices and requirements and email to Customer contact Together with "Account Champion" deal with sales calls, chasing quotes etc. to help win orders Visit Customer as required to build relationship, discuss job specifications and manage account Interpret job specifications to produce complex manufacturing documentation Produce BOM, transfer routings, print rate sheets, stat sheets & specialist instructions for graphics Purchase print required for order & liaise regarding proofing between Supplier & Customer Supply information to Customers regarding receipt and manage shortages Send customer weekly order status reports Manage Customer regarding expectations on deliveries and communicate internally Be able to demonstrate a keen attention to detail & willing to learn about new procedures Always look for ways to improve our product, sales and customer service Be creative, innovative and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinion Communicate with all areas internally to aid smooth flow of work in sales, purchasing & production Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility Work in a way which encourages good team spirit and a friendly environment Support the sales manager and sales team in all aspects of their work
Hours of work are 8.30 – 5pm – Monday – Thursday and 8.30am – 3pm on Friday.
