This role involves:
- Liaison with Clients, via telephone and e-mail.
- Gaining detailed information of vehicle requirements.
- Sourcing vehicles for Clients - liaison closely with the vehicle dealerships.
- Updating and maintaining customer records and databases.
- Providing quotations and product information.
- Maintaining contact with customers providing them with a point of contact.
- Pro-active outbound contact to Clients with regards to renewals, new products etc.
- Problem solving and effective handling of complaints.
- All related administration.
