Internal Sales Support x 5 £18 - £20K
Our client is a very successful product distributor who are seeking internal sales support professionals able to add value to their business.
Provide first line support for External Account Managers Action incoming calls/enquiries Log all calls/enquiries on Salesforce.com Deal with customer enquires at first base with a view to resolve each time eliminating the need to escalate to other depts.
Logging SalesForce.com with relevant data in alignment Product dealing with respect to quality/volume. Providing reports for other team members. Dealing with catalogue enquiries BP enquiries/support New account processing Check stock and availability Support various campaigns Deal effectively with back orders Create a culture of Customer Care whereby ALL the team are encouraged to make every effort to satisfy customers needs and requirements. Must be able to deal with a multitude of tasks at any one time. You will need to be able to see matters through to the end. You will need to be organised, structured and pay attention to detail at all times. Establish communication and contact at all levels within the customer base ensuring they are always aware of what is going on with their account
