| Description: | This role primarily is a Business Development role tasked with researching and developing new business opportunities. At present there isn't anyone doing this type of role, so the successful candidate can make the role their own in terms of the processes and recording of activity.
Reporting directly to the Business Owner, duties will include:
• Researching new business opportunities on the internet to formulate a prospective Client list.
• Making outbound calls to prospective companies to qualify leads and gain relevant contact details and an understanding of their current print needs.
• Providing information on services, products and pricing as necessary.
• Scheduling regular contact with Prospective companies to develop rapport, and ensuring opportunities are not missed.
• Accurately recording all activity.
• Processing orders and requirements.
• Respond to enquiries from the website and emails.
• Providing support to the Business Owner.
• General administration.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to quickly develop rapport over the telephone, with a wide range of people. A tenacious approach is essential as is the ability to follow through with tasks and accurately maintain all related administration. This is an excellent opportunity that will enable the post holder to develop and make their own.
