Description: | Assist the Logistics Manager with the administration duties required for daily warehouse operation.
Key Tasks and Main Duties:
• Prepare pick notes and delivery paperwork • Liaise with Customer Service Department regarding deliveries • Complete and send shipments on the system • Create shipping labels • Book transport with hauliers • Book deliveries with customers • Create trailer manifests and loading plans • Initial contact for site visitors including drivers and deliveries • Manage driver paperwork and POC’s / POD’s • Respond to queries from customer service regarding deliveries and POD’s • Answer incoming external and internal telephone calls • Post containers on the system and generate pallet ID’s and pallet transports • Post pulp deliveries on the system and generate pallet ID’s and pallet transports • Filing • Update and issue of monthly departmental reports • Provide administrative support to other team members • Assist with the planning of HPC transport delivery schedules if required • Deputise for the Logistics Manager in his absence • Other ad hoc administrative and operational duties as required

• Excellent Organisational Skills • Good Time Management, able to work to strict deadlines • Strong Administration Background • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel • Excellent communication skills, pleasant telephone manner • Previous experience of logistics/operations environment and/or administration support • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Own Transport
8am to 5pm (40 hours per week) (Bourne)
