Description: | This is an excellent opportunity to join a very successful company who offer long term opportunities. Tasked with pro-actively responding to alarms raised on the Customer Network prior to the issue reaching the end user ensuring Service Level Agreements are met. Duties will involve;
- Monitoring the customers Network. - Identifying possible problems that may arise and acting on these in a pro-active manner. - Responding to alarms raised in accordance with strict Service Level Agreements. - Logging all works accurately on the system. - Updating and maintaining accurate database logs detailing all activity. - Planning works requests and orders. - Close liaison with Engineers, customers and other internal departments as and when necessary to pass on necessary works. - Updating and maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets. - Progress reporting.
This position involves working a shift basis, Earlies, Lates and Nights including weekends as follows:
Week day shifts … • Earlies 06:15 to 14:00, 7hrs 45mins • Lates 13:30 to 21:15, 7hrs 45mins • Nights 20:45 to 06:45, 10hrs
Weekends …. • Days 06:15 to 18:45, 12hrs 30mins • Nights 18:15 to 06:45, 12hrs 30mins
