Description: | This role involves working within a busy contact centre environment handling incoming calls from customers relating to household electrical appliances.
Duties will include;
Handling incoming calls and dealing with enquiries and resolving issues, etc (approximately 100 per day). Providing product information. Logging all calls onto the database. Setting up new customer records. Making outbound calls to customers as necessary to co-ordinate and follow up issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Effectively handling complaints and issues - escalating as necessary. Booking Engineers to visit customer sites. Working to Service Level Agreements and Best Practice procedures. Adhering to company procedures and policies. Working with members of the team and sharing best practice procedures. Delivering consistently excellent customer service through multi service channels, telephone, email and webchat.
Candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
Hours: 37.5 per week on a shift rota basis. Also required to work approx 1 in 3 weekends.
09.00 - 20.00 Monday to Friday 09.00 18.00 Saturday 11.00 17.00 Sunday
