| Description: | Our client is a well established and successful marketing organisation who undertake wide range of communication and direct mail projects on behalf of their customers. They require tenacious, self starting candidates to make volume outbound calls to obtain a variety of information. This could include;
- Updating and maintaining customer contact details.
- Cleansing database records.
- Providing product information.
- Booking appointments.
- Following up on information previously sent.
- Gaining consumer opinion.
We are looking for candidates with previous expereince of outbound calling, telesales, sales or telemarketing, who are results orientated and able to communicate effectively with people at all levels. You must be able to quickly build and maintain rapport and demonstrate good communciation skills and a professional approach.
